We had several quotes to consider for a long distance move from NC to CT and chose Tri City Movers based upon their customer service and I am extremely happy we did! From the first moment I called and spoke to Cassandra for my quote until the moment the truck drove away after delivering our belongings in CT I was more than 100% satisfied. Cassandra was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions before promptly providing a fair and reasonable quote. Cassandra 'sold' the company by telling me all about all of the services they offered, and they were true to her word. They expertly disassembled furniture pieces in NC and put them back together properly in CT. They wrapped all of our furniture and pictures in either plastic wrap or moving blankets as applicable. Our belongings were the only items shipped in the truck and it was in CT less than 24 hours after packing it up in NC. The crew was amazing! Professional, polite and very hard working!
